The exclusive “Königssee” maisonette apartment is spread out on two floors, offering 90m2 of first-class comfort in a 5***** luxury apartment located in the guest house at the Wimmerhof farm. This is where modern comforts elegantly blend with rustic alpine-chic.
The lower floor features an entrance area with a coat rack, separate WC, shower/WC and a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with an excellently equipped kitchen. The two cosy bedrooms and separate children’s room with two beds are on a gallery on the upper floor, which you reach via a child-safe staircase.
Your apartment has two separate balconies on which you can relax undisturbed and enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. Our exciting play barn is situated directly opposite for our treasured young guests.

- Breakfast buffet: EURO 13.- per person (children under the age of 3 years stay for free, 3-7 years old EURO 5.- / 7-14 years old EURO 8.-)
- Arrival: from 2 pm
- Departure: until 10 am
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments suitable for allergy sufferers.
