Family Arnold warmly welcomes you to the Wimmerhof in Chiemgau at the Chiemsee! The farm has approximately 15 ha of grassland and 2.5 ha of silage maize as our family's business.
We, Paul and Maria, took over the family farm at the start of 2020 and still work together with Paul senior. We all still live here as a family at the Wimmerhof.
Including our three children, Sofia, Simon, and Eva (born 2011, 2014, 2016) – enjoying the adventures of growing up on a farm.
We manage our farm, which was first recorded as early as 1420, as a grassland operation with livestock breeding.
We are currently working on a new stable to ensure our cattle, approximately 50 German Fleckenvieh, have plenty of space to live at the Wimmerhof. The stables will be finished by August.
Additionally, we are looking forward to a new horse stables & chicken coop.
As farmers in this picturesque setting at the Chiemsee, we highly value all the beauty of nature and strive to keep our footprint at a minimum. We carefully consider factors to ensure conservative, sustainable and environmentally friendly farming.
